Amelia Lister-Sobotkin
Amelia Lister-Sobotkin is an associate in the firm's Litigation practice group. Ms. Lister-Sobotkin has been involved in all phases of litigation, including initial pleadings, discovery, motion practice and appeals. She has experience in complex commercial, contract, and corporate litigation, including foreclosure and real estate disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Lister-Sobotkin was an associate at Dewey & LeBoeuf, where she worked on a variety of complex civil litigation cases involving white collar criminal defense, contract, insurance and antitrust issues. Prior to that association, Ms. Lister-Sobotkin completed a clerkship with the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Department.
Ms. Lister-Sobotkin is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara (B.A. highest honors, 2001), and Cornell University Law School (J.D. cum laude, 2006), where she was a member of the Moot Court Executive Board.
