Daniel J. McGrath

Daniel J. McGrath is an associate in the firm's Corporate and Business, Real Estate and Litigation practice groups. He is involved in the structuring and negotiation of a broad range of corporate and real estate transactions, as well as all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trials and appeals

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. McGrath was associated with the New York City law firm of Kelley Drye & Warren LLP.  Mr. McGrath is admitted to practice in the State of New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association.

Mr. McGrath is a graduate of La Salle University (B.A., Magna Cum Laude, 2005) and Notre Dame Law School (J.D., 2009).
