Eric Horbey

Eric Horbey is an associate in the firm's Litigation practice group.  Mr. Horbey is involved in all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trials and appeals.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Horbey served as a law clerk to the Honorable Arlene R. Lindsay, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of New York.

Mr. Horbey is graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park (B.A., 2005), and the George Washington University School of Law (J.D. cum laude, 2008).  He is admitted to practice in the States of New York and Maryland and in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
