Jennifer L. Silvestro

Jennifer L. Silvestro, a partner in the firm's Litigation practice group, is involved in all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions and appeals. Ms. Silvestro has experience in civil litigation primarily pertaining to commercial and contract disputes as well as banking, bankruptcy, corporate, foreclosure and real estate law.

Ms. Silvestro has also negotiated numerous workouts and closed multiple restructures of complex loan facilities secured by real and personal property.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Silvestro was a litigation associate with the law firm of Zavatsky, Mendelsohn, Gross, Savino and Levy, LLP. Prior to that association, Ms. Silvestro served for two years as law clerk to the Honorable Conrad B. Duberstein, former Chief U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern District of New York.

Ms. Silvestro is admitted to practice in the States of New York and Florida and before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York as well as the Southern District of Florida.

Ms. Silvestro graduated from Southampton College, Long Island University (B.S. magna cum laude, 1994), and Brooklyn Law School (J.D., 1998), where she was a recipient of a Dean's Merit Scholarship and a CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Corporations.
