Tara M. Primis

Tara M. Primis, counsel in the firm’s Real Estate practice group, represents landlords, tenants, sellers, purchasers and lenders in a broad range of real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating commercial leases and purchase agreements.

Ms. Primis is admitted to practice in the State of New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.

Ms. Primis is a graduate of Binghamton University (B.A. Magna Cum Laude, 1997) and Cornell Law School (J.D., 2000) where she was an Editor of the Cornell International Law Journal. Ms. Primis is a member of Phi Beta Kappa Society and the Golden Key Honor Society.
