The E-Commerce and Technology Department represents businesses acquiring small to large scale computer systems and in negotiating sophisticated software license agreements, hardware purchase agreements, maintenance agreements, software distribution and marketing agreements and other agreements. We have also assisted clients in obtaining copyrights for software, handled sophisticated software-related litigation and represented clients in various internet-related matters.
