Municipal Law
The Firm has represented several municipalities as special counsel in defense of actions brought against them, including zoning and environmental litigation and appeals. The Firm also represents a public authority in the real estate aspects of power generation projects including the acquisition of real property and easement rights and the drafting and negotiation of ground leases and other agreements, as well as in litigation matters, such as the defense of personal injury and death claims and Freedom of Information Law litigation to protect the authority’s confidential information.
