Trusts and Estates
The Trusts and Estates Department counsels clients in all aspects of estate planning and administration, including the preparation of wills and trusts, probate and Surrogate’s Court proceedings, estate and gift tax minimization, asset protection planning, elder law and guardianship. We also handle litigation of contested estates including will contests, objections to gifts and transfers, and other proceedings in Surrogate’s Court.
