Mark Curtis is an associate in the firm’s Litigation practice group and is involved in all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions and appeals. He has experience representing clients in commercial, contract, and securities litigations, among other types of cases.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Curtis was a litigation associate with the law firm Simpson Thacher and Bartlett LLP.
Mr. Curtis is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. He is a graduate of Princeton University (A.B., 2007) and the University of Pennsylvania Law School (J.D., magna cum laude, 2012) where he was a senior editor for the University of Pennsylvania Law Review.
