Trudie Katz Walker, of counsel to the firm, has extensive experience representing clients in the protection of their intellectual property rights, including copyright matters. Mrs. Walker is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey, and is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association and its Intellectual Property Committee, the Nassau County Bar Association and its Intellectual Property Committee and the Suffolk County Women’s Bar Association. Mrs. Walker is a graduate of the Queens College (B.A., 1972), and the Hofstra University School of Law (J.D., 1976). Mrs. Walker was formerly director and delegate to the Women’s Bar Association of the of State of New York for the former Nassau-Suffolk Women’s Bar Association, a volunteer attorney for the Nassau County Bar Association Volunteer Lawyers project, counsel to the Suffolk Youth Enhancement Program and member of the Advisory Board to the Huntington Housing Authority.
