The E-Commerce and Technology Department represents various internet, e-commerce and other technology companies in connection with all forms of technology, e-commerce and intellectual property transactions, including negotiating sophisticated software and technology license agreements, hardware purchase agreements, marketing agreements, manufacturing agreements, data storage agreements, sourcing agreements, IP acquisition and disposition agreements, maintenance agreements, app development agreements, website development agreements, software distribution and marketing agreements, among others. We have also assisted clients in obtaining copyrights for software, handled sophisticated software-related litigation and represented clients in various internet-related matters.
